THE Coaching PROCESS

These are the typical steps to achieve a better you:

Step 1: Exploration and coming to the Coaching agreement – contact and coaching clarification phase

After the first contact, you have to decide whether coaching is meaningful and appropriate for you. I will give you an honest feedback, if I believe to be helpful in your situation. We will be clarifying my approach, the topic, and administrative questions such as location, duration, fee and also the responsibilities of the Coach and Client during the Coaching process. Typically we prepare a written agreement. This decision-making process is important for coaching.

Step 2: The Coaching Sessions

It depends on the goal and situation, how many Caching sessions we will need. Some situations can be resolved within one session; however, often it will take two to six sessions. Visible changes take already place after the first meeting. This is the core process in Coaching as we are working out the solution.

Step 3: Goal achievement and completion

The formal completion of the coaching is a necessary part of the overall process and is designed professionally to support you in the long-term implementation of the desired development. The final phase is indispensable for you as well as for me. If you decide that you have reached your goals or that my coaching is no longer helpful, we may end the process earlier than scheduled. But even when we finished the sessions as initially planned, we end the started process appropriately.
