What is coaching

Coaching is a form of personal development in which a coach - me - supports you - as a client - in your goals by providing support and guidance.

Coaching in a personal environment supports you in your daily life situations. This can be almost anything where you are looking for a trustful partner for support – career planning, personal decisions, health and wellness questions and life phase situations.  Coaching provides support, orientation and can help you find directions in situation, where you feel stuck or limited in your options. You and I can work on new ways of acting, as I can let you see the situations and options from a new perspective. As we stimulate finding your own solutions and initiatives, you gain confidence in dealing with these challenges.
